Working together with a strong team of motivated people is key to make any BI project a success. In 2015 Benny founded Metys to bring this believe into reality and to build a strong BI partner for customers in all market segments. Benny has an extensive hands-on BI background, in technical, functional and management roles at various consultancy firms. With almost 20 years of consulting experience, ranging from BW developer at customers to partner in various firms, Metys was the logical next step.

We at Metys are convinced that for the coming years, Analytics is the core competitive asset for our customers to be successful and develop their business. As BI and Analytic tools are rapidly evolving, working closely together with our customers, with a long-term vision in mind, Metys can really make a difference.

Putting the business needs of the customer first and making sure that each project delivers on the clients’ expectations is what drives Lieven. Understanding the customers’ challenges, on a strategical, tactical and operational level, is key. These challenges inspire us at Metys to move forward, to be able to create value to our customers, and to create IT solutions, driven by business.

Lieven has years of experience in the consulting world, working for high profile customers such as ArcelorMittal, BNP Paribas Fortis, Coca-Cola, NMBS-SNCB, Belgian Post and the European Commission. This includes several positons in the BI area, from BI team member to functional analyst and BI coordinator, in a wide range of fields: group reporting, consolidation, financial reporting, controlling, project reporting, etc. Lieven also gained experience in project management, functional finance and credit management.

Our consultants specialize in SAP BI as a primary technology, this includes the traditional SAP Business Warehouse, but also the full BO suite. Some have an industry focus, while others work cross-industry, but all of them are passionate about BI. Metys also has the expertise to assist you with the latest concepts and developments in the BI market such as SAP HANA, cloud, Big Data, etc…
